Dry skin brush daily before bathing or showering.

Directions:

1. Always use a good quality natural fibre skin brush suitable for your skin, such as those provided by Synthesis 345.

2. Begin with the soles of the feet, brush upwards, always in the direction of the heart.

3. Apply light pressure, avoiding broken skin, skin rashes and the face.

4. On the abdomen use circular strokes. Brush gently over the breasts avoiding the nipples.

5. Reach around and brush from your back towards your stomach.

6. Continue with the arms from the fingertips again towards the heart. Make sure you brush the palms of your hands to stimulate the circulation.

7. Brush regularly before showering (best in the morning).

8. Massage your skin with a small amount of certified organic body oil after the shower as your skin will absorb the nutrients especially well after the exfoliation.

9. It is also useful to vary your routine, so your skin doesn't adapt.
